- Develops and executes a robust strategy to navigate governmental bureaucracies and secure pivotal deals, ensuring our solutions are positioned favorably within the regional educational systems.
- Crafts and implements strategic plans to expand our footprint, mainly focusing on large deals and partnerships with governmental bodies.
- Advocates and negotiates for our curriculum's widespread adoption and implementation across various educational institutions and governmental bodies.
- Leads dynamic presentations and demonstrations to exhibit the efficacy and distinctiveness of our Arabic-adapted curriculum to potent stakeholders.
- Represents Teaching Strategies in various regional and international educational events and forums, strengthening our brand presence and influence in the MENA region.
- Ensures our solutions are aptly positioned to harness the burgeoning educational opportunities within the region.
- Oversees the translation and adaptation of our solutions into Arabic, ensuring the utmost cultural and contextual relevance and compliance with regional educational norms.
- Establishs and nurtures relationships with local entities, ensuring our strategies and programs harmonize with regional educational frameworks.
- Must reside within the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory, given the strategic and communicative demands of the role.
- Demonstrated success in a senior, quota-carrying role, preferably involving strategic sales and partnerships within the educational sector and governmental bodies.
- Proven track record in navigating governmental bureaucracies and securing large-scale deals with Ministries of Education.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in crafting strategies to navigate complex governmental structures.

Position Overview
The Senior Regional Business Executive will spearhead our ventures in the MENA region, primarily focusing on International Schools, Private Schools, and strategic collaborations with Ministries of Education. This role is not only integral in promoting our specialized play-based curriculum. Still, it is also pivotal in strategically positioning our solutions within the region's labyrinthine governmental structures and educational ecosystems.
