    We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia.

    As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound sales activities and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting, to generate qualified leads.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives.
    • Research and identify potential customers, using data analysis and customer profiling to target high-potential prospects.
    • Qualify leads by engaging with potential customers and conducting needs analysis, ensuring that leads are of high quality and are a good fit for our products and services.
    • Set up product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers, working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that demos are tailored to customer needs.
    • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, tracking leads through the sales funnel and providing regular updates to the sales team.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to develop and refine lead generation approaches.

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in e-commerce or technology companies.
    • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and supporting revenue growth.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
    • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
    • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
