    · Process of bookings – standard, hazardous, out of gauge, FOB and SOC bookings.

    · Check vessel space and allocation availability.

    · Coordinate haulage / equipment with ILS Departments.

    · Check correct cut off, departure and doc closure dates.

    · Request IMDG approval to SSC/DCO as per standard procedure.

    · Request OOG approval to the line as per standard procedure.

    · Request LOI required for bookings from customers (OFAC).
