    JobDescription:

    We are seeking askilled Dell System Administrator and Support Specialist to manageour Dell environment and provide exceptional support to ourcustomers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operatingadministrating and managing the entire Dell environment includingraising support tickets with Dell Tech Support as neededproactively monitoring the health stability performance andcapacity utilization of the environment and applying Dell bestpractices to ensure optimization measures are inplace.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Raisesupport tickets with Dell Tech Support as and whenrequired
    • Proactively monitor the healthstability performance and capacity utilization of the Dellenvironment
    • Apply Dell best practices andensure optimization measures
    • Produce dailyweekly and monthly reports
    • Provide knowledgetransfer to customer local teams
    • Providerunbooks procedure manuals and improvementplans
    • Perform biannual environment deepdivehealth check and review for performance capacity utilizationconfiguration compatibility and future designrequirements
    • Implement improvement andoptimization activities
    • Present improvement andoptimization plans to customers
    • Assist incustomer discussions with Presales for future growth plans androadmaps
    • Provide onsite customer support duringsevere cases
    • Offer proactive services such ascomprehensive healthchecks code/firmware upgrades and leveragedoperational consultation and technicalguidance
    • Handle adhoc customer requestsOutofStandardSupport

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
    • 4 to 5 years of experience in Dell systemadministration and support
    • Proven experience inraising support tickets with Dell TechSupport
    • Strong knowledge of Dell best practicesand optimization measures
    • Excellent analyticaland problemsolving skills
    • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpacedenvironment
