The Non-Executive Director (NED) for Mega-Project Real Estate & Hospitality will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and governance of the organization. As a board member with extensive experience in high-value real estate and hospitality projects, the NED will provide independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive management team. This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and best practices in governance. The NED will be instrumental in guiding the company through complex mega-project initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering stakeholder engagement. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of executive-level experience in real estate development, hospitality management, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in serving as a Non-Executive Director or in a senior advisory role within a board structure, with an understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and legal compliance.
• Proven track record in overseeing mega-projects, particularly in the areas of planning, financing, and execution, with a focus on mitigating risks and ensuring sustainability.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international market trends affecting real estate and hospitality sectors, along with an acute awareness of regulatory landscapes.
