    Position Overview:

    As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our projects in Saudi Arabia on all Human Resources topics.

    General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

    • Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle).
    • You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
    • Support the project leadership and Talent Acquisition with arranging and scheduling candidate interviews.
    • Coordinate with mobilization team for new joiners.
    • Collect the new hire paperwork.
    • Conduct New Hire orientations.
    • Administer HR-related documentation.
    • Manage and solve daily queries.
    • Prepare any monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
    • Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
    • Participate in special HR projects.
    • If requested, manage the employees' timesheet submission process.
    • Perform other daily items as required.

    Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

    • A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
    • 3+ years of professional experience.
    • Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.
    • Knowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language
    • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel)
    • Multitasking and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
    • Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.
