Office Job Objective:
This position will provide high level advice and support to the CEO. This includes responsible for leading the development, implementation and review of various SIDF initiatives.


Duties:

• Ensuring best-in-class consultation and and professional advises to the CEO.
• Conduct analyses on selected critical topics, from internal and external sources, ensure relevant input from key stakeholders across functions and at all levels.
• Provide input for the
  CEOon selected topics ensure that Goals and Objectives are linked to Strategic Vision of SIDF, Participating actively in relevant ad-hoc projects.
• Address a wide range of complex issues requesting innovative solutions and significant level of evaluative judgement, producing and maintaining the high-level solution strategy.
• Drives decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement of the General Organization, as assigned.
• Assists
  CEOin creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining initiatives within the Organization.

Perform additional job duties as assigned or requiredTechnical Skills:

• Deep understanding of NDLP industries including key business processes and associated trends. Applies industry knowledge to consultation.
• Professional experience in the field of Project finance, banking, investments or relevant industries.
• Excellent strategic mindset and top-down problem-solving capabilities, able to think holistically without losing attention to detail

Qualifications:
Ph.
D., Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Engineering management or any related field Other Skills

• Time management, organization skills fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate areas in which additional or other services may be beneficial to clients
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Experiences15 years of experience providing expertise across a variety of functional areas Apply for this job
