The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collections
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Socpa preferred
