Planners will be responsible to create of all the work needed on large projects and direct activities. As a planner, you'll oversee Utility Hub, Roads and infrastructure and the Main Plateau assets, logistics, deploy workers, manage budgets and ensure that work is on schedule. You'll work closely with, project director, engineers, surveyors and architects to keep projects on track and manage conflicting priorities.

Requirements

• Planner to do the Utility Hub, Roads and infrastructure and the Main Plateau assets
• 5 to 8 years experiences.
• Able to work well with others
• Analytical thinking skills
• Assist in providing briefings and presentations to elected officials on all projects
• Create maps, site plans, and all visuals for applications and reports
• Assist teams of consultants, including architects, engineers, and lawyers on projects
• Develop community engagement strategies for new projects
• Education BA in city planning, urban planning, Civil , landscape architecture, or related fields may be
• Broad understanding of Utility Hub, Roads and infrastructure and the Main Plateau assets.
• Understanding of municipal contracting procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills.
• Ability/potential to direct and motivate project teams effectively.
