- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
