    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Verify and compile order details, including item identification, prices, quantities, payment and shipping terms, delivery dates, and conditions.
    • Register new items and set up inventory categories and attributes.
    • Organize and monitor placed orders to ensure timely delivery.
    • Ensure shipments and related documents comply with governmental regulations.
    • Provide instructions to suppliers regarding labeling requirements and customs clearance as per the GSO standards for GCC region.
    • Handle product registration on relevant platforms – SFDA, SABER, SASO.
    • Oversee transportation and find cost-effective methods of shipment.
    • Process and distribute documentation to carriers, forwarders, and agents.
    • Negotiate freight rates and communicate expenses to the finance department.
    • Submit Marine Insurance request upon booking to cover potential losses.
    • Coordinate with warehouse manager to address any shortage, overage, or damage.
    • Manage payment of vendors, forwarders, and clearing brokers.
    • Provide shipment delivery updates and reports to executive manager.
    • Manage stock control, warehousing, and distribution activities related to import/export.
    • Facilitate language and communications translation, as necessary.
    • Administer the export process, including shipping documentation and certifications.
    • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
    • Report and seek management approval for any breakage incidents in showrooms.
    • Manage diverse insurance policies, including Life, Property, General Liability, Money, Fidelity, Motor, Marine/Land Transit, and Workmen's Compensation.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage of major risks and locations, addressing all concerns.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Manager to negotiate premiums, deductibles, and conditions set by the Insurance Company.
    • Maintain open communication with the Financial Department to gather current and potential asset values, property information, vehicle data, and other relevant information.
    • Regularly liaise with the HR Department to collect and update employee/personnel data, such as salary, age, and job title.
    • Organize and accurately manage all relevant data related to insurance policies using detailed analytical and statistical spreadsheets.

    Education:

    • BA in Business Administration or any related field.

    Experience:

    • Not less than 4 years of logistics experience in a related field.
