    Primary Purpose of the Position:

    In this role, you will be responsible for talent acquisition for assigned roles and job levels, administering processes that align with the company's strategies and standards. You will play a key role in fostering positive candidate and hiring manager experiences by building strong relationships and implementing effective talent acquisition processes and methodologies.

    Your responsibilities will include full life cycle recruitment, encompassing phone screens, candidate assessments, tracking and status updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, and offer extensions. Ensuring the proper storage and management of candidate files to guarantee privacy and accessibility will be a crucial aspect of your role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Execute all talent acquisition activities for assigned requisitions, employing sourcing strategies using various portals, social media, and university partnerships.

    · Conduct candidate networking, employee referral activities, and sourcing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.

    · Initiate and facilitate intake meetings to comprehensively understand the qualifications of assigned requisitions.

    · Create, post, and manage job requisitions in applicant tracking systems, accurately documenting and updating hiring activities.

    · Implement candidate management strategies and maintain effective communication throughout the recruiting and selection processes.

    · Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive experience, providing regular updates, recruitment reports, and market insights.

    · Prepare recruitment reports aligned with sourcing strategies, offering analysis, market observations, and recommendations.

    · Conduct phone and video screening interviews in compliance with local regulations and company methodologies.

    · Gather market data for candidate and talent markets, collecting information on candidates, market best practices, and competitors' compensation ranges.

    · Present candidate job offers, address concerns and gather feedback for analysis and negotiation.

    · Coordinate with various teams and departments in the next steps of hiring activities, such as onboarding, People and culture Support Services, Operations, and IT.

    · Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns for timely resolution.

    · Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation updates for current processes.

    · Perform varied talent acquisition tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

    · Support process improvement initiatives to streamline procedures.

    · Perform other assigned talent acquisition and ad hoc activities as necessary.

    · Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the line manager.

    Key Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related Business courses.
    • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition within executive search or headhunting, particularly in architecture, design, engineering, or construction industries.
    • Proven success record in sourcing/recruiting at all levels using various methods, including outside firms, career fairs, networking, and direct sourcing.
    • Preferably experienced in using sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Boolean search.
    • Exposure to global market recruiting is a plus.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) for job requisition creation, posting, and systems management.
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
    • Experience working with HR systems, preferably in Oracle and Workday.
