Duties &Responsibilities:

• Workwith Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that adequate support andeffort is given for all recruitment projects.
• Post open requisitions on internal and external portalsto attract candidates.
• Review resumesprescreen and conduct initial interviews to determine suitabilityof candidates against positions via phone or in person includingfor local as well overseas candidates
• Provideshortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Work closely with hiring managers on interviewarrangement and schedule and coordinate interviews accordingly.
• Brief and debrief candidates before and afterinterviews.
• Negotiate & prepare joboffers as per job grade.
• Correspond andliaise extensively with selected candidates to obtain the requireddata and documentation for the hiring process and onboarding.
• Manage applicant tracking system and maintainaccurate and current applicants status.
• Collaborate with Universities colleges and otherorganizations for fresher/trainee candidates as well for sourcingqualified CVs.
• Find new sources and buildpotential candidate pipeline.
• Develop dailyweekly and monthly recruitment status reports.

• Developsimplements and evaluates programs that provide staff withdevelopment opportunities
• Evaluates currentdevelopment programs and recommends programs policies andprocedures that optimize employee development.
• Consult with management and other leadership to identifybusiness processes.
• Develop teambuildingexercises and workshops.
• Develop methods ofmeasuring if performance management aligns with organizationalgoals.
• Diagnose potential organizationalproblem areas.
• Recommend training anddevelopment systems.
• Coordinate with linemanager to implement above strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
