Senior Resident Architect

At Propel Consult, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Resident Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various building projects in our head office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old structures, and developing innovative ways to repurpose existing buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Client Advisory: Offer expert advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drawing Production: Create detailed drawings that accurately reflect the design concept.
• Contract Negotiation: Effectively negotiate with contractors and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate the work of contractors and other specialists to ensure timely completion.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural consultancy, preferably in the GCC region.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a western institution.
• Skills: Strong building design experience, preferably in high-rise developments.
