• Monitor performance and maintain the Odoo ERP system according to requirements

Acts as the primary escalation point for the Odoo ERP system issues, working directly with external providers to resolve any issues that arise.

Use Odoo Studio to customize the system and its features.

Create A clear communicate line with the company regarding the system and all things related to the ERP system.

train and onboard the employees on how to use the system effectively.
Analyze and understand business requirement, and do required documentation
customize system features by using Odoo Studio and available tools, according to business requirements.
Documents development requirement and manage development testing with external contractors
trains system users and do knowledge documentation as needed.
provide technical support or coordinate core technical support with external contractors

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor s degree in related fields.
Minimum 2-4 years experience.
MUST have Hands on experience with Odoo ERP
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills in Both Arabic and English
