Job Description

· Support Current Configured/Customized System processes.

· Maintain system efficiency.

· Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.

· Troubleshoot problems reported by users.

· Make recommendations for future upgrades.

· Maintain system security.

· Analyze and isolate issues.

· Monitor System performance to ensure security and availability to specific users.

· Evaluate and modify systems performance.

· Identify user needs.

· Able to update Current System processes with change in Organization's policy.

· Maintain integrity of the System, server Backup, and maintenance.

· Ensure all departments working on System are integrated and getting Centralized information for daily business activities.

· Design and deploy new recommended processes as per User needs.

· Conduct Trainings with New Users and current Users to smooth their System understanding.

· Provide Plan for System usage extension for multiple campuses/colleges.

· Provide more efficient solutions to End Users to simplify their SyStem needs and to get more adequate output from System.

· Provide Reports required by different departments related to different aspects of their working to help them to take necessary decisive actions.

· Support Admission process currently configured. Suggest more efficient methods of getting more applicants with optimized updates in Admission.

· Participate in development of long-range planning for new projects and facilities.

· Working closely with IT Manager in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.

Requirements

Education:

· An earned bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Information Technology, Computer science, engineer.

Technical Skills

· Application Server concepts.

· PL/SQL working Skills.

· Database Server Concepts.

· General Concepts of Integration.

· System diagnosis and Troubleshooting.

· Backup and recovery using windows backup or software application.

· Ensuring data integrity.

· Performance management and tuning.

· General systems management and upgrade skills.

· Storage management techniques.

Soft Skills:

· Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.

· Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

· Ability to "think outside the box".

· Ability to learn new procedures and techniques related to enhance IT structure.

· Ability to work productively in a team.

· Object Oriented Concepts Understanding.

Other Requirements:

· Active registered License in SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) is a must.

· Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
