Weare looking for a passionate UX Writer, who will work withcolleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographical The UX Writerwill write application copy and educational documentation, helpingcustomers understand our software and how to configure;

Inthis role, youwill:

• Workwith Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create concise,clear, and helpfulmicrocopy
  
• Research,outline, create, and edit new content for customer education andinternal use: help articles, best practice guides, videos, animatedgifs, and other educationalresources
  
• Participatingin usability testing forcontent
  
• Updateexisting content for releases andprojects
  
• Approacheverything from the customer perspective, prioritizing theirexperience as you create action-based, visually appealing resourcesthat translate highly technical information into something theyunderstand and trust to guide
  
• Writesubjects with accuracy and relevance by gathering information fromsubject-matter experts to understand its business impact, customervalue, and technicaldetails
  
• Workclosely with various departments to understand content requirementsand the strategicapproach
  
• Monitorinternal and external feedback channels to help define customerneeds and content
