• Conduct detailed cost analyses for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather relevant cost information.
• Evaluate project budgets and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for cost control.
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for project proposals.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop costeffective solutions.

• Professional certification such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with the construction or engineering industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
