• The Lead/Staff Scientist in Sustainability and Energy Technology is responsible for initiating, proposing, and executing R&D, debottlenecking/revamp, and energy-saving programs to enhance processes and commercial technologies.
• They lead the development and implementation of new process technologies in commercial plants, providing solutions to improve energy consumption.
• The role involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and driving resolutions for plant issues.
• The Sustainability and Energy Technologist also supports growth projects, evaluates energy efficiency in blue ammonia plant designs, and collaborates on selecting the most efficient technology for the project tea
  
  

• Lead the assessment and provide guidance for optimal technology selection in Blue Ammonia development, considering energy efficiency.
• Connect industry decarbonization solutions to the technology selection process. Generate energy efficiency reports and enhance commercial plant efficiency.
• Develop a plant-wide model to track energy consumption and guide improvements. Conduct energy and mass balance calculations, optimization studies, feasibility studies, and revamp studies.
• Independently review engineering documents, steer energy balance, and collaborate with external entities for project implementation in the plant.
  
  

• A preference is given to candidates with a Master's or PhD.
• Seeking individuals with 15 years of experience in new product development, with a preference for those who have worked with start-ups in the past.
