    One of our clients is seeking aTraining Institue Director to lead the Training Business in theirorganization. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national withexperience in leading a training business with a P/L focus. Thecandidate must showcase experience in creating sustainable businessgrowth through successful partnerships with vendors and clients aswell as successful trainingexecution.

    Responsibilities

    • Setupthe company go-to-market strategy and operating plans for theTraining Insitute
    • Build the companyby hiring key talents and ensure robust businessoperation
    • Lead the sales growth andmarket expansion of the traininginstitute
    • Take lead across allaspects of the company by creating a robust inter-workings betweenvarious functions and teammembers
    • Make key decisions that willaffect the institutesdirection
    • Build a positive andproductive culture in theworkplace

    Qualifications

    • Bachelorsdegree or equivalentexperience
    • Strong businessdevelopment capabilities and ability to operate withoutsupervision
