    About Our Client:

    Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for aSales Manager position located in Jeddah.     Summary of the job:

    The SalesManager will be responsible for delivering sales and financialobjectives for the western and south regions managing peopleleading sales marketing and promotion activities while followingbusiness policies and guidelines.

    Duties& Responsibilities:

    • Ownsthe sales target for the assigned region and business unit.
    • Manages daily sales activities of dedicatedTMs and STMs.
    • Ensures technology penetrationand utilizes CRM tools effectively.
    • Managesa team of 6 direct reports selects new reps and creates a winningteam focused on growth.
    • Implements sellingstrategies directed by the marketing team and maintainsrelationships with key stakeholders.
    • Alignsactions and behaviors with J&J CREDO.

    Qualifications:

    Mainperformance measures (Performance Goals) Experience Required:

    • University/Bachelors Degree orEquivalent. Scientific or Medical background preferred.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience with 3 years in orthopedicmanagement.
    • Minimum 3 years of Leadershipand managerial experience.

    Leadership Behaviors Required:
