    Job Description
    As the Implementation Onboarding Manager based in Riyadh, you will have the following responsibilities: :

    Responsibilities:

    • Optimize Onboarding Processes: Develop and implement strategies to streamline the onboarding process, reducing friction and improving overall efficiency.
    • Material Development: Create and enhance onboarding materials, including documentation, guides, and multimedia content, to facilitate a clear and userfriendly onboarding experience.
    • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their unique onboarding needs, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience for each client.
    • Workflow Testing: Actively engage with customers to test onboarding workflows, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    • API Integration: Leverage API inputs to enhance and automate aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration with our Fintech services.
    • Problem Resolution: Quickly address issues and challenges faced during onboarding, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions.
    • Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback loops and mechanisms for continuous improvement, staying abreast of industry best practices and incorporating them into our onboarding processes.
    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in onboarding implementation within the Fintech sector.
    • Proven track record of successfully optimizing onboarding processes and improving customer experiences.
    • Strong understanding of API integration and ITs application in Fintech services.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and diverse stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges through datadriven insights.
