Job summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design excellence, has strong technical expertise, and can transform concepts into inspiring, functional spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare accurate shop drawings, material specifications, and technical documentation.
• Create realistic 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Supervise and follow up on work progress both in the factory and on-site to ensure design quality, material accuracy, and timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Support management in developing innovative design strategies and maintaining brand standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and finishes to continuously enhance project creativity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of professional experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop (Revit or SketchUp is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, joinery details, and material coordination.
• Experience in site supervision and factory follow-up.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.
