    Job Summary:

    As the General Manager of our pre-opening property in Jeddah, KSA, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the property's setup and operations, ensuring its successful launch and long-term success. Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining compliance with quality and operational standards.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    Post-Opening Phase:

    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the property is constructed and designed to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
    • Develop and implement preopening budgets, including staffing, marketing, and operational expenses.
    • Create and execute a preopening marketing and sales plan to build awareness and generate bookings.
    • Establish relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and vendors to ensure a smooth preopening process.
    • Oversee the setup of operational systems, technology, and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Conduct colleagues training and orientation to instill the company's culture, service standards, and policies.

    Post-Opening Phase:

    • Lead the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that brand standards and guest satisfaction goals are consistently met.
    • Manage and monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses to achieve profitability targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, occupancy, and market share.
    • Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, colleagues' engagement, and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, safety, and security.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, local businesses, and community leaders.
    • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests in a timely and effective manner.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on the property's performance to senior management and owners.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
    • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.
    • Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
