    POSITIONOVERVIEW

    The Regional Account Manager (RAM) with(MMEA/ KSA) will focus on proactively building new clients and growassigned territories by working closely with our Technical ChannelPartner and Marketing team to formulate selling strategies andcampaigns to build trusted relationships with customers and theirsenior representatives. The Regional Account Manager is accountablefor achieving and overachieving sales target to contribute to thesales performance of the assigned region. The Regional AccountManager will be the trusted advisor of Trend Micro as youarticulate and promote the company s value proposition and servicesto customers.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and proactively target prospects andexisting clients to drive the adoption of Trend Micro technologiesand services
    • Increasing market share in thedefined territory objectives of accounts and develop marketstrategies for each product and service
    • Knowledge of assigned territory connect with CIO/CISO tocreate and grow opportunities
    • Work withrelevant stakeholders (PreSales Marketing and Sales Head) to takethe right value proposition to Channel CEO and associated sales andtechnical teams
    • Attain revenues goals perquarter allocation in line with BU goals
    • Develop relationships with our ecosystem of alliances ortechnology partners (AWS/ Microsoft/ Vmware/ Google)
    • Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust SASEUEBA XDR and Security Platforms like SIEM and SOAR can be addedadvantage
    • Document and maintain all accountinformation in Salesforce to facilitate opportunity managementaccurate revenue forecasting and account planning
    • Communicate relevant information to stakeholders tofacilitate decision making
    • Build and maintainclient contacts and relationships by understanding client sbusiness and requirements
    • Consult customers oncyber security initiatives and drive constant engagement from demostill postimplementation support
    • Lead andsupport any client meetings/calls
    • Hold andparticipate in the account review meetings to discuss claimscustomer experience service performance and client feedback as wellas possible future opportunities for CVP

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales Experience andpreferably a few years in the Security Industry.
    • Account Management certification such as SPIN or TASwould be highly regarded.
    • Sales BasedCertifications
    • SecurityCertification
    • Exposure to both End CustomerEnvironments and Channels
    • Selling value to CIOand complex multiple customer scenarios showcasing technical andsales expertise
    • Proven Account Managementexperience in the commercial sector
    • Knowledgeof competition new cybersecurity technologies upcoming trends(Cloud Digital Transformation IIoT industry etc) countryregulations that affect target markets
    • Musthave a growthoriented mindset and experience of working in acollaborative environment
    • Collaborative acrossvarious functions such as Technical Marketing Channel to ensurecustomer success at all levels
    • Ability tonetwork create and build strong relationships senior executiverelationships
    • Excel in presenting businessvalue proposition solutions/benefits of complex technology ineasytounderstand business language
