    Job Description
    • Assist in house guests in bestpossible way to deliver the Quality customer service according toMHR core values and standards service on time.
    • To receive guest requests and to direct guests requeststo responsible department.
    • To receive allguest complaints and assist with related department / duty managerto resolve the problems.
    • To receive andanswer all guest inquiries
    • Works with allmajor departments which serve guests directly orindirectly.
    • Records all messages received andlogged properly with time and maintain for reports at the same timedirects the guest requests to department responsible for handlingthe event within certain time frame and the department informs theGuest Service Centre upon completion of handling the event or therequest.
    • Contacts the guest as soon as hereceives a sign of completion of the event in order to verify guestsatisfaction and in doing so designates processconcludes.
    • Any delay in response of serviceto the guests requests leads to an alert to the head of thedepartment in charge for swift action and investigation in caseservice is delayed due to some reason.
    • Improve service delivery efficiency and to improve follow up forall the guests staying Moevenpick Hotel Jeddah.
