    Key Responsibilities / المهام الرئيسية

    .
    Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ready-mix concrete market

    .
    Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients

    .
    Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

    Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and contracts

    Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.

    البحث عن عملاء جدد وتطوير فرص بيع في سوق الخرسانة الجاهزة.

    بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والعملاء.

    تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.

    متابعة استفسارات العملاء والعروض والعقود.

    متابعة اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين.

    Requirements / المتطلبات

    .
    Previous experience in
    sales (preferably in construction or ready-mix concrete sector)

    .
    Strong communication and negotiation skills

    .
    Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia

    .
    Ability to work independently and achieve targets

    .
    Based in
    Jizan or willing to relocate

    المبيعات (ويفضل في قطاع المقاولات أو الخرسانة الجاهزة)
    .

    مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض.

    رخصة قيادة سارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

    القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق الأهداف.

    متواجد في
    منطقة جازان أو على استعداد للانتقال إليها
    .

    Qualifications / المؤهلات

    .
    Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering
    (preferred but not mandatory)

    .
    Previous experience in sales, preferably in
    construction materials or ready-mix concrete

    .
    Strong communication and negotiation skills

    .
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    .
    Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia

    درجة البكالوريوس في
    إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو الهندسة المدنية
    (يفضل ولكن ليس شرطًا أساسيًا).

    خبرة سابقة في المبيعات ويفضل في
    مواد البناء أو الخرسانة الجاهزة
    .

    مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض.

    إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسل، وورد، أوتلوك).

    رخصة قيادة سارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
