For our new office in Riyadh, we are looking for

Lead Geotechnical Engineer - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will cover technical and production management aspects of our geotechnical and earthworks studies, with a significant emphasis on leadership and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead technical production in geotechnical and earthworks studies, ensuring excellence and innovation in all projects.
• Actively contribute to bid estimates and strategic planning, ensuring competitive and effective project proposals.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement across various projects.

Requirements:

• A seasoned professional with 1020 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, demonstrating a profound knowledge and expertise in geotechnical engineering.
• At least 3 years of recent or current experience in the engineering sector, with direct exposure to the KSA/MENA market, showcasing an understanding of regional requirements and standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working on railway projects, highlighting a specialized skill set in this area.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, are crucial for effective teamwork and client communications.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and efficiently manage time while juggling multiple tasks.
• A proven track record as a team leader/player, characterized by excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
