    JOB PURPOSE:

    MiSK City is a curated destination and platform that enables MiSK Foundation s programs for the empowerment of young Saudis talent and building the knowledge economy of the Kingdom.

    A flourishing community of creative thinkers and pioneering innovators that will build the future of Saudi Arabia.
    The role of Events Execution Sr.

    Specialist is to establish MISK City as a destination of choice for the young Saudi s and international entrepreneurs, creators and knowledge economy through a best-in-class experience.

    The role will contribute to developing the ecosystem of MISK City by creating a platform of events to foster exchanges, attract demand and capitals for a variety of newly created enterprises.

    This will partake in achieving the sustainability of the city to fulfill HRH s vision.


    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Manage venue booking
    • Set events and venues guidelines and monitor the compliance
    • Develop brief to outsourced parties in line with event type, timelines and target audiences
    • Manage the execution of all pre-event groundwork based on tasking forces
    • Ensure infrastructure readiness prior to event day
    • Oversee the setup of equipment according to timelines
    • Coordinate with security responsible to guarantee adequate arrangements
    • Oversee the logistic services support when required (transportation, catering, etc.)
    • Oversee the administrative support (e.g., follow-up as required for permits or other tasks)
    • Maintain an updated list of sponsors and nurture relationships with future potential sponsors
    • Assess and identify potential sponsors for the different events
    • Develop and propose attractive packages and incentives to sponsors
    • Liaise with Communications to ensure the supply of promotional materials during events and exhibitions, when requested
    • Receive requests for events from the foundation, partners and internally and ensure delivery of requests

    Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

    Experience:
    -


    • 3+ years of experience in events management, events programming, events execution, events protocols
    • Experience in using and managing CRM tools
    • Experience in customer inquiry management
    • Proficiency in MS-Office applications
