    Eram Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join our team. As a globally recognized talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent provides outstanding recruitment solutions to clients across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care. The HR Director will play a critical role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to support the company's growth and deliver exceptional HR services to our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective HR operations and high-quality service delivery.
    • Partner with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on HR best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business objectives.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
