- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective HR operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business objectives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
