    Job Summary:

    Join Indpt, a leading hospitality company, as a Social Media Manager with over 3 years of experience. Reporting to the Brand & Communications Director, you will lead our social media strategy, creating engaging content and fostering online communities.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms.
    • Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels, including content scheduling and moderation.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content planning.
    • Foster engagement and build relationships with the online community.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting strategies.

    Qualifications:
