     Director of Talent

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Director of Talent for one of our FMCG Clients in Jeddah, KSA.

    Designation – Director of Talent (Saudi Nationals)

    Base location – Jeddah, KSA.

    Experience – 15 years of experience in a TA and TM centric role.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Experience of hiring top management during their tenure.
    • Organizing and overseeing individual and team training programs (both outsourced and in-house.) for mid to senior level employees.
    • Planning regular employee performance evaluations.
    • Conducting skills gap analysis.
    • Develop employee retention programs and team building activities
    • Craft policies that support internal promotions
    • Build succession plans.
    • Discuss career-path options with high-potential employees and their team leaders.

    Education & Skills

    • Bachelors/master's degree in HRM.
    • Additional certificates like CIPD will be an advantage.
    • At least 15 years of domain experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Director of Talent or similar role.
