- Collaborate with the capital markets team to secure financing for real estate projects.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal capital structures for individual projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with development, legal, and operations teams to align financial strategies with project objectives.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making across departments.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial management role
- Experience in property development, retail sales, or education is a plus
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Shumou Investment Company in Riyadh. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of the company, including but not limited to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will also develop and implement financial policies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
