    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Shumou Investment Company in Riyadh. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of the company, including but not limited to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will also develop and implement financial policies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support real estate development project evaluations, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and scenario analyses.
    • Conduct financial analysis to assess the financial feasibility and profitability of potential projects.
    1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with project teams to create and manage project budgets.
    • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
    1. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate financial results and insights to senior management.
    1. Cash Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flows for real estate projects to ensure adequate funding for development activities.
    • Implement strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize financing costs.
    1. Financial Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders during audits.
    1. Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess financial risks associated with real estate development projects.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
    1. Financing and Capital Structure:
    • Collaborate with the capital markets team to secure financing for real estate projects.
    • Evaluate and recommend optimal capital structures for individual projects.
    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with development, legal, and operations teams to align financial strategies with project objectives.
    • Provide financial insights to support decision-making across departments.

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, particularly in Saudi Arabia
    • Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial management role
    • Experience in property development, retail sales, or education is a plus
    • Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus
