- Assist in developing proposals forthe design of the regular group-wide strategy development andplanning process, for approval by the MC and theBoard
- Assist in defining the framework to beused by the people involved for structuring and documenting theinputs and outputs of the strategy development and planningprocess
- Assist in establishing a strategymanagement calendar for periodically monitoring performancerelative to the strategic plans and allowing adjustments to thestrategy and its execution
