• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and advancements, and ensure the company's technology remains competitive and innovative.
• Work closely with external vendors and partners to procure IT products and services.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management roles, with a track record of successful leadership and project management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization, and network administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
