- Minimum of 2-years' Middle/High School teaching experience. (Grades 6-12)
- IB Certified Educator.
- Current resident of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- KSA Dependent Status: Holder of valid Saudi Iqama (Residence permit) under husband/wife sponsorship.
- Fluent English language capacity
- Sponsorship or sponsorship transfer is not available for this role.
- Able to start work August 11, 2024
- Can commit to AIS-R work hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (5:00pm on Tuesdays)

- Clearly communicates standards of conduct and expectations for learning.
- Clearly communicates objectives for all instructional activities and outcomes for learning.
- Arranges instructional space and uses a variety of resources to encourage, facilitate and challenge students to learn.
- Supports and implements the AIS-R Mission through classroom instruction and involvement in the school community.
- Assesses student learning with clear criteria that are aligned with standards.
- Communicates with families and reports student progress on a regular basis.
- Promote collaboration with fellow students and mentors because we know that students learn best when they work together, share information, ideas and experiences.
- Provide a sincere teacher-student relationship where students' cultures and beliefs are valued and where they feel supported, challenged and encouraged to be risk-takers because we know that students learn best in a safe environment.
- Provide our students with learning connected to real-life explorations because we know that students learn best from authentic experiences.

- Assess readiness and teach accordingly because we know that students learn best when activities are at their level of readiness.

- Salary will be assigned from the Faculty salary schedule; the contract term will be 190 contract days as per AIS-R calendar.
