- 15+ years proven experience in quality assurance & quality control related areas mainly on construction projects, preferably in Middle East
- 15+years as ISO 9001 lead auditor
- 15+ years in experience to manage conduct QMS and Project audits
- Comprehensive knowledge of Management Systems, Management Strategies, Policies and Standards
- Very good knowledge of QMS – ISO 9001 in terms of management system requirements
- Knowledge of business regulation and requirements in KSA
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or related field
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or related field (preferred)
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, CPA, or Certified Internal Auditor designation (preferred)
- Certification and proven audit experience for ISO 14001; ISO 45001 and ISO 18001

Lead Quality Auditor shall manage/ conduct audit for Quality Management System Section within QA/QC Department, Projects and shall be responsible for the Companies Quality Management System, Quality Strategies, Policies, Processes and Standards.
The Lead Quality Auditor will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in conducting quality audits.
Responsibilities
• Perform quality audits to assess compliance with company's quality standards and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and checklists.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality control processes and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with changes in quality standards and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on quality control processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality requirements and contractual obligations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid quality issues in the future.
