    Role Objective:

    Based in Riyadh, the Business Development Consultant is responsible for generating and developing sales in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This involves developing lead channels, scoping new areas of business, developing strategic partnerships, networking, providing sales consultations and interfacing with clients. Responsible for own business development and delivery of stated sales strategy, input into key strategic plans and responsibility for delivery of set sales targets.

    Key accountabilities

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
    • Display (and maintain) a high level of KSA business setup market knowledge with clients to be seen as expert' and as a credible source of information
    • Manage all leads in a timely manner
    • Ensure sales targets are met monthly
    • Identify key strategic partners, stakeholders, and new revenue streams to achieve the annual budgets for KSA market
    • Identify new markets, devise and executing plans in conjunction with department manager to capitalize on these to boost company value
    • Contribute to public relations plans that grow the public profile of CBC

    Key responsibilities

    • Weekly and Monthly Individual reports
    • Formulate accurate solutions to clients on consultation calls
    • Devising alternate strategies based on performance and market conditions
    • Keeping updated on legislative and legal changes that affect the business environment of CBC
    • Develop and sustain valuable relationships between CBC and all clients and stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain the reputation of the company or organization
    • Contribute to annual business development and sales plans
    • Enhance relationships with clients and referral partners
    • Ensure CRM is up to date daily

    Key Communications

    • Liaise with potential clients, key stakeholders, and other staff to ensure CBC's sales, support and services are of the highest caliber
    • Communicate clearly, accurately with the Managing Director and other executive level staff
    • Building and nurturing a network of c-level contacts that refer business

    Key Success Factors

    • Excellent knowledge in company structures, legal, tax and accounting
    • Excellent spoken and written English – Arabic language skills are desirable
    • Excellent reputation within the marketplace
    • Able to problem solve and see ways around issues
    • Understand and be updated on the current market trends and changes in the industry
    • Effectively network to attract and capitalize on new business opportunities

    Experience and education

    • Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field
    • 3+ years working in corporate services within KSA/UAE
    • Proven sales track record for 3 years
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho or Salesforce)
    • Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge
