Job Description:

Responsible for the designspecification and services related to the built environment such aspublic and administrative buildings residential living quarterscontrol rooms maintenance facilities research facilities electricalsubstation etc. Under general supervision performs all conventionalaspects of the functional area subject matter. Devises newapproaches to problems encountered. Plans schedules and conductswork requiring judgment in the independent evaluation selection andadaptation of engineering techniques procedures and criteria.Performs work which involves conventional engineering practice butmay include a variety of complex features such as conflictingdesign requirements unsuitability of conventional materials anddifficult coordination requirements. Provides technical guidance todesigners and less experienced engineers. Job tasks correctlyperformed impact indirectly on cost containment efficiencyprofitability or operations. Skills are typically acquired throughan undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 yearsrelated experience.

Requirements:

• Experiencein Architectural work for Buildings standards as well asinternational standards.
• Experience in theoil and gas industry.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
• Ability to work andlead a team of Architects/designers.
• Experience in BIM.
• Strong leadership andcommunication skills
• Bachelors degree(preferably Masters) in Architectural/interior design.
