- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by the spa treatment manager or spa manager.
- Keep the work area clean, neat, and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.
- Assist in the operations of all spa and wellness departments as required.

- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in the salon rooms throughout your shift.
- Will be expected to assist and perform various demonstrations and events.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift to allow sufficient time to prepare for your workday.
- Perform as a professional with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the spa treatment manager or spa manager.

- Perform all assigned Therapist Moroccan Bath-Beautician tasks.
- Report any dysfunctional equipment to the spa concierge or spa treatment manager.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
- Training:
- Attend all training courses as deemed necessary and adhere to training as set down by the treatment manager or spa manager.
- Sales and Marketing:
- To recognize the importance of 'sales' in every aspect of their role and be responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Director.
- Health and Safety:
- Maintain all spa Suites to the Health and Safety Standards
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school with a hair styling license.
- Previous experience: 3–4 years in a hotel spa.
- Moroccan bath experience.
