• Cutting/Sub-assembly Productionmanagement :
  
  

Monitoring productivity of allcutting and sub-assembly activities in shipbuilding and rigconstruction including subcontractors' production andensuring timely completion of works fulfilling quality and safety.Collaborating with other departments/zones to develop and implementnew processes, systems, and procedures that continually increaseefficiency and productivity.

• Planning for Cutting/Sub-assembly:
  
  

Developing aclear production execution strategy and plan forcutting/sub-assembly, load analysis, blocktransportation/arrangement, and manpower. Planning and monitoringmaterials for cutting/sub-assembly and consumables for the projectin advance.

• HSE Management:
  
  

Pursuingzero harm to employees by ensuring that all cutting andsub-assembly activities are executed safely in compliance with HSEstandards/procedures and TDS/MSDS of material.

• ResourceManagement:
  
  

Taking primary responsibility forallocating and managing manpower and resources for cutting andsub-assembly, in accordance with the project schedule and budget.Monitoring actual asset costs/man-hours against budgetedcosts/man-hours and take corrective action for overruns.Coordinating with other production departments/zones and the AssetManagement group to avoid asset and resourceduplication.
