- Oversee the recruitment process including job postings resume screening interviewing and selection.

- 5 years of proven experience in the HR field or as an OD manager.
- Familiarity with labor law.

- Proficiency in MS Office ATS and HRIS.
- Proficiency in collecting analyzing and interpreting data to inform decisionmaking and measure the effectiveness of HR and OD interventions.
