    RoleSummary;

    Thisrole is responsible for effective implementation of the corporateplanning monitoring system as well as the corporate communicationThis entails analysis and reporting of company performance of KPIs, goals and objectives and to coordinate Toyota Kenya s corporateplanning This position assists the corporate planning manager infollowing up on some of the cross functional strategic projectimplementations and other business support She/he is also responsible to maintain managementreports and other performance tracking templated to support the

    Duties&Responsibilities

    Assists in thedevelopment of company and divisional strategic plans and assessingcompany and divisionalperformance

    Development ofproject plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets,monitor progress, and keep stakeholders regularlyupdated

    Assists with thedevelopment and monitoring of the organizational culture changemanagementprogram

    Manage daily,weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and reporting of eachdepartment through Hoshin management and ensure reviews are done ina timelymanner

    Oversees thedevelopment and maintenance and execution of the internalcommunicationplan

    Manage allnotice boards, Obeya boards and visualization across thebusiness

    Deploys andmaintains and promotes usage of the CFAO Motorsintranet

    Throughcollaboration and co-creation build and coordinate the divisionalprojects and review of progress for each

    Assists thecorporate planning Manager and corporate planning Assistant monitorand implement procedures andprocesses;

    Conductsresearches assigned by Corporate Planning Managers as inputs tovarious feasibility studies and management

    Support theCorporate planning Manager to execute the annual corporate businessplanning process through partnering with senior executives andtheir direct reports and coreteams

    Implementsvarious short-term projects as per the company s Mid-Term andannualplans

    Performs otherad-hoc duties as
