Job summary
Maintain and support physical & virtual enterprise servers perform OS patching updates security hardening resource monitoring manage SCOM/SCCM agents ensure proper server monitoring provide guidance on automation using MS Orchestrator perform daily operations support for Windows & Linux servers ensure OS compliance with vendor recommendations security best practices review logs analyze OS behavior proactively identify issues develop technical design documents operational documentation SOPs participate in routine maintenance scheduled restarts updates manage server installations troubleshooting upgrades performance tuning manage user/group accounts implement policies coordinate with internal teams support scheduled maintenance raise follow through on vendor support tickets Microsoft RHEL support SAP workloads manage high-availability clusters Pacemaker/Windows Cluster
