    JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deploying the BA PMO methodology tools and templates across thedifferent functions under the DCEO
    • Supportingpreparations for the Change Management Forum (CMF) and forProgram
    • Operating Meetings (POM) to take placeperiodically with the various Business Activationfunctions
    • Monitoring the implementation plansof the projects across the different functions under the DCEO andcapturing / tracking related project information usingvarious
    • Providing the DCEO with a visibilityover the performance of the projects associated with the differentfunctions under the DCEO
    • Utilizing projectmanagement tools such as Asana
    • Tracking ofprogress of improvement opportunities that were identified from theprevious project for Business Activation and processassessment
    • Assessing progress reports from theBusiness Activation leadership along with identifying additionalimprovement opportunities
    • Knowledge transferincluding templates processes policies and workshops for anyhandover if required. The resources are to use NEOM issuedlaptops

    RESOURCEQUALIFICATIONS /EXPERTISE:

    • Projectmanagement certificates (PMP P3o Prince2 etc)
    • Finance and investment certification (CFA CPA CAIACFP)
