    Essential JobFunctions

    • Leaddirect and manage site operations to ensure that the operationsstaff executes service agreements at or above the clientsstandards.
    • Maximize profitability throughsuperior client service effective and prompt communications andfollowup on all pending matters with theclient.
    • Plan and monitor daily staffingschedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levelsthat support operational demands and businessobjectives.
    • Manage revenue and expenses tobudget constraints.
    • Responsible to traindevelop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth intheir knowledge and responsibilities
    • Overseeaccounts receivable including client invoicing and collections asneeded
    • Process incoming vendor invoices (costof transportation and overhead expenses) asneeded
    • Analyze market trends to further developscalable and strategic operationspractices
    • Execution of the applicable KPIs percompany standard.
    • Ensure stock integrity of allclients
    • To review as a minimum annually allsuch areas and provide reports that the reviews have been completedand actions have been taken where necessary concentrating on theaccuracy and quality of records compliance to SOPS and the qualityof the handling and storage.
    • Team building andmorale management using appraisals and anyPDPs
    • Ensure that all staff are trained andbriefed on correct operating procedures including Health andSafety

    PhysicalRequirements

    • Talking hearingand using hands to operate a computer keyboard mouse and othercomputer components

    • Walking within the warehouse andinspectingfreight

    Other Skills /Abilities

    • ComputerLiterate
    • Intermediate proficiency in MicrosoftOffice internet web based and job specific softwareapplications
    • Ability to manage the financialaspects of the department (purchasing budget preparation and reviewfinancial reporting and monitoringexpenses).
