- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in housekeeping or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or soft services industry.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
