    1- The applicant must have the requiredacademic qualification from a university accredited by the Ministryof Education, with priority given to the holder of thequalification and the highest GPA; All academic qualificationsobtained by the applicant for cooperation must be based on the"study regularity" system.

    2- Whoeverteaches courses in the English language is required to have aproficiency score in the language determined by the relevantscientific department based on one of the approved standardtests.

    3- The applicant for health colleges must have avalid Saudi Commission for Health Specialtiesclassification.
    4- There must be explicit approval fromthe candidate's employer to requestcooperation.
    5- Submitting a statement that there is nowork for those who are not working.
    6- The residencypermit for non-Saudis must be valid, in accordance with work rulesand regulations within the Kingdom.

    7- That the candidatefor cooperation must not have been subjected to any judicial rulingrelated to a breach of honor, honesty or morals.

    8- Thecandidate for cooperation must not have been subjected to anydisciplinary decision by his employer during the last fiveyears.
    9- Fulfilling any other requirements andconditions for scientific departments.
    10- He must have abachelor's degree or higher in a specialty English
