    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives that support the company's recruitment goals and objectives. The Talent Acquisition Excellence Manager will work closely with the Human Resources team and HR Director to identify talent gaps, establish recruitment best practices, and optimize the candidate experience. This role is vital in ensuring that Al Borg Diagnostics attracts and hires top talent to support our continued growth and success in the healthcare industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
    • Collaborate with the HR team to understand talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans
    • Implement best practices in recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and selection techniques
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to attract top talent
    • Collaborate with the recruitment committee to identify key talent metrics and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection
    • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance Al Borg Diagnostics' reputation as an employer of choice
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
    • Manage and optimize the performance of recruitment tools and systems, ensuring user-friendliness and efficient workflow
    • Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and practices

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MenaiTech software
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external partners
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
