    Enterprise Account Executives (Sales)

    We are an innovative startup from Saudi Arabia developing fun adventure 3D games aimed to improve cognitive skills for school children, especially who face learning challenges in education. Our games are integrated with a backend platform. It analyses play patten, using data analytics and AI, and provides data- driven insights to teachers and parents to improve training process for the child. We have won many global and national awards. Gameit mission is to be a leader in developing cognitive fun games to help all children in needs in the world.

    In Gameit we are looking to have the most effective Enterprise Account Executives who is self-driven and have an entrepreneurial mindset to help us make sales and grow in sales.

    The successful candidate must feel at ease when working in sometimes hectic settings. Sales positions typically involve a lot of pressure, mainly when dealing with large clients or territories. Therefore, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who has multiple years career of Enterprise SaaS and/or B2B sales with an excellent track record of success.

    What is the ' Enterprise Account Executive role' we are targeting

    The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) will prospect and manage the sales process within the defined territory and enterprise accounts list.

    Duties include, but are not limited to, meeting with prospective clients, offering guidance, support, and solutions, delivering presentations, arranging enablement where applicable, assisting with marketing and PR campaigns, and interacting with the client's various departments including finance, management, operations, and various business units.

    The successful candidate must be skilled at planning and organizing, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and possess experience and polish that gives her/him the attention of some of the largest and most strategic businesses in the region.

    Key Responsibilities

    Enterprise Account Executives play a significant role in achieving Gameit's sales targets, objectives and taking the company to its newly deserved heights. Here is a non-exhaustive list of some of the most critical responsibilities that need to be performed by the successful EAE candidate:

    Owning the company's end-to-end go to market (GTM) activities in the EAE's designated territory / accounts list.

    Developing territory plans, accounts plans, opportunities plans and closing plans.

    Strong contribution in building Gameit's business & technology partnership strategy and executing on it.

    Developing innovative strategies.

    Establishing and managing strategic relationships with executives & team members at the prospects, clients, business partners as well as technology partners.

    Creating and maintaining sales pipelines.

    Contributing in building Gameit sales process management procedures.

    Taking on relevant key marketing and PR responsibilities.

    Generating new leads through sourcing and effectively managing current connections and networking with contacts.

    Aligning with other departments in the company including, but not limited to, management, product, technical and services.

    Have an intimate understanding of the company's offerings, products and services.

    Developing and presenting Gameit products & services presentations and proposals to potential new accounts.

    Achieving sales targets.

    Keeping current with the latest industry trends and news.

    Attend sales meetings and cadence calls.

    Managing contracts negotiations.

    Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and other relevant customer information.

    Owning customers success after achieving the sales and collaborating with various teams & departments within Gameit, as well as partners, to ensure successful projects outcomes.

    Essential Skills For an Enterprise Account Executive

    Enterprise Account Executives are primarily involved in sales, business development and territory creation and maintaining customer relations. Here are some of the most critical skills that need to be possessed by the successful candidate:

    Strong communication skills are a must.

    Skills in creating and presenting products or services offerings are highly essential.

    Excellent analytical skills and being able to think creatively.

    Good dose of empathy, will assist the successful Enterprise Account Executive candidate in identifying and attracting new clients, connecting with them and understanding their needs.

    The successful candidate Enterprise Account Executive should possess the following qualities:

    Have a strong background in closing new business.

    Be experienced in sales and contract negotiation, especially with deals over $500k.

    Educational and Experience Prerequisites For the successful candidate Enterprise Account Executives

    While not much is said about degrees of higher learning being necessary for general sales positions, it's a must for the successful candidate to have at least a bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, education or technology. A master's degree isn't necessary, but it can help make you stand out among others.
